The 66 Apartments are housed from 2nd to 7th floors consisting mainly of two bedroom apartments. The L-shaped floor layout takes advantage of the land profile and its prominent corner location. The apartments are simply organized along the double-loaded corridor in the middle with appropriate location of the main core and the fire escape staircases.
Aesthetically the podium provides a base for the tower which is articulated horizontally and vertically to break the feeling of the long elevation and to give an impression of height.
