The building serves largely as the Headquarters of Gulf House Engineering (GHE) on a 975 sq.m plot. It consists of 4 levels podium for parking and 11 office floors on top with a total built-up area of about 12,000 sq.m.

It exemplifies the vision GHE adopted in its projects: contextualism plus functionalism to create an enduring architecture that never expires with time. The delicate ingredients of modernity and locality are just right. The building is neither modern nor traditional. It is a creative hybrid that is inspirational, original and functional.

The external high quality is also duplicated internally. Pleasant and efficient interior workplaces with plenty of natural lighting and open double volume spaces linking between floors add to the dynamic work environment. Indeed, ‘dar’, the Arabic name of the building, meaning ‘home’, has been creatively materialized.
