The project is a part of Seef Mall’s expansion which occurred early 2000. It is also a testimony to the insightfulness of being the first to recognize the need to maximise asset value by introducing a hospitality facility as part of the shopping experience, a trend that has been adopted in many shopping malls nowadays.
The project is linked to the mall extension, done by GHE, discussed in the commercial category, to structure an integrated development with smooth circulation.
In addition to the functional aspect, the tower stands as a stylish landmark for the overall development. It accommodates 6 levels of podium for parking & 19 floor tower of service apartments. In fact the tower blends nicely with the new extension.
