Merbad Views Residential Compound – Villas for the Minor’s Fund Directorate in Al Jasra

The project consists of 43 identical residential compound villas with a modern design catered to Bahraini families for rent. The development includes recreational facilities such as a multipurpose hall, a large swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and various green spaces and gardens where residents can enjoy a relaxing outdoor environment.

The high end villas were designed with relaxation in mind and high attention to detail, incorporating modern design elements such as large windows to let more light into the houses, fenced outdoor areas and easy access parking spaces. Each plot is 500 m2, with 300m2 of garden space insuring adequate natural light, a garden and privacy. The villas are 377 m2 with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms (three on first floor and a guest room on the ground) and comfortable kitchen and living rooms.

The project was launched in June 2021 and expected to be completed by January 2023.
