Refurbishment of an old building into a signature hospitality facility, featuring 48 one bedroom units. The project plot area is 488 sq.m located Manama in close proximity to the traditional souq and many financial institutions. It consists of 10 levels in addition to a partial roof plan allocated for dining facility, all with a total built- up of 5,120 sqm.

The design has addressed various challenges associated usually with the functional rehabilitation of old buildings, the logistical complexities of a busy site location and the complexities of the various engineering systems. The outcome is an interior design that elevates the quality of spaces by analysis and full coordination between floorings, walls, ceilings and soft furniture.

Creativity is manifested in the relaxing and interesting spatial experiences. Externally, the image of the building has also been lifted up by proportioning the facades and using various finishes materials.
