A waterfront site of an area 9,338 sq.m located in Al Budaiya area. The narrow strip of land facing the sea was a challenge to overcome in the site layout and building profile.
Parking was mainly placed at the back of the plot and the building was sited at the front linking directly to the cascading swimming pool & the sea. As for the building, all rooms were titled on a 45 angle to maximise sea views. The building houses 160 units varying from 1 to 3 bedroom distributed in 21st floor.
Additionally, recreational facilities & enclosed swimming overlook the outside landscape and sea from the ground and mezzanine levels.
The project defines luxury in the layout and interior of the units, state of the art recreational facility, breathtaking landscape, and above all in its relation to the sea, an asset that been carefully planned.
