Traditionally inspired architecture will accommodate food and beverage and commercial uses, planned in an irregular semi circular overlooking a small marina. This development will contribute to the public quality offering of coastal formal destinations and the landscape is designed to provide a robust and enlivening setting.

The configuration allows for public access to the coastal edge to informally walk and sit, attend an event or to be used as outdoor seating for restaurants. The public realm therefore needed to accommodate a range of uses whilst also contributing to the design excellence required of this major development.

No stone has been left undesigned, as a visitor is guided through their arrival with wayfinding signage and use areas are subtly differentiated with gateways, street furniture, event flags and planting.
