It offers varied housing units, residential buildings in addition to commercial and community facilities created as a self-sufficient city where people live, work and play. The master plan is organic and inspired as clusters based on the local concept of Fareej.
The curvilinear road network, the staggered Landscape and the clustering concept provide a dynamic and interesting Master Plan that efficiently responds to the site context and local customs. This is completed by the innovative architecture that transition between various themes and treatments in order to ensure variety within
an overall unity.
